We supply a full range of alloys and pastes for brazing ceramics.
Our products are tested to work at the high temperatures typically associated
with these special applications.

TITANIUM-ACTIVATED BRAZING ALLOYS FOR BRAZING CERAMICS

Active brazing alloys require a brazing temperature of at least 850°C for joining to ceramics.

Higher temperatures can improve brazing and the materials’ wettability.
Pure argon or vacuum is used as the brazing atmosphere.

When using a vacuum atmosphere, the brazing temperature must not exceed 900/1000°C to avoid the silver evaporating.

metal content and are suitable for distribution using dispensers and by means of screen-printing.
